This is a shot of my G1019 Band-Saw

I have made some modifications to this saw. I have installed a 1 1/2 HP 1725 RPM motor & a larger table that can be installed if needed. I use a Timberwolf 1/2" blade with cool blocks. I have cut Maple, Oak & Madrone with no problem on this saw.

1950's Craftsman Bandsaw.

I  purchased this saw from my friend Carey. He has told me many times that he sure wishes he had it back because it was so handy to use it for cutting smaller finer work and keep the big saw set up for heavy cutting. When I purchased the 14" Grizzly he asked if I wanted to sell the Craftsman saw. I told him that a wise man once told me that is was good to have a small band saw because you could leave the big saw set up for heavy work. He just chuckled.

This seem to be where I spend most of my time in the shop

This is a shot of my work center which includes my Table-saw, Jointer & Work bench.

My Grizzly Radial Drill-Press

I have really enjoyed using this Drill-press for all my wood working & drilling steel up to 1/2" plate with up to a 5/8" bit.

Here is a picture of my Shopfox Mortiser

I looked at the rest of the Mortisers & decided that the Shopfox was the one I wanted. It's built a bit bigger & heavier at 90 pounds. It also  has a longer control handle with a horizontal handle that I like. I used it to make my mortises for my bench  a few other projects it works very well.

My Jet Spindle-sander

I looked at several small spindle-sanders, I sure am glad I purchased this one it works great.

I pull this machine out on the drawer & inflate a wheelbarrow innertube that lays on its side under the false bottom & it raises the table top of the machine to 32". I prefer to set down while using this machine & have a stool for this purpose.
