These pictures are of what I've been told is a 1940 unisaw that I
purchased 12-18-2004 for $200.
The finished cost was about $900.00 .
During the rehab I had a lot of help from my close friend Carey
as well as the use of his shop to do the work in.
The rehab included painting, new 220 volt 3 hp motor,
new motor cover door, switch & 50" Shopfox fence.
Carey & I worked together in the assembly of the tables
Carey did routing on the tables which required quite a
bit of routing for access to the mounting bolts to fasten it
to the saw top.
I then brought the saw home to my shop & assembled it.
Its as I have heard there is a big big difference between a
contractors table-saw & a cabinet-saw.
